IMAGENES INTERIORES le enseñará el lado menos conocido del diseño moderno de ataúdes: en la actualidad este proceso está muy ligado a leer y escribir y tal vez aun más con ver. Juntar imágenes cotidianas con imagenes interiores lleva a textos, fotos o instalaciones. Y de vez en cuando hasta un ataúd puede ser el resultado...

- LA MUERTE NO ANDA EN BURRO -
"La Muerte no anda en burro is a recently finished work (february 2003). The title is related to a popular mexican saying. As it is made by a german author living in Mexico, this work relates as well to a succesful product, the beetle, made in Mexico by the german company Volkswagen, what corroborates the democratic meaning of death."
We are in front of a childrens coffin, meant to be used on its 'last migration'. Traveling in it means always being easily in contact with the beloved people. Therefore it is equipped with a mexican public telephone.
